The ranking system in the LHR. It takes 10 ticks to get promoted. Or in rare occasions you may be immediately promoted. You receive ticks for. Following orders, skill in the game, helping out the team and putting the rest of the team before you! The ranks are…

3. Corporal (Cpl)

4. Sergeant (sgt)

5. 2nd Lieutenant (2ndLt)

6. Lieutenant (Lt)

7. Captain (Cpt)

8. Major (Maj)

9. Brigadier (Brg)

10. General (Gen)

When you get promoted, put the tag next to the LHR tag e.g. LHR_Cdt_Lamman27. !!! The only people that can promote others are ranks 10 or higher. DO NOT attempt to promote yourself or you will be banned from the LHR.

Rewards:

- Member that reach rank 1) Cadet have been added to the group :) Welcome to the LHR family

- Members that reach rank 2) Private can now lead Cadets when no higher rank is around

- Members that reach rank 3) Corporal or higher can add players into the group by making them a Cadet and be able to start your own Squad on any server you like. Also have your own discord channel and settings to command your new team.

- Members that reach rank 4) Sergeant get to lead 2 squads and any lower ranking members in the LHR.

- Members that reach rank 5) 2nd Lieutenant or higher may be able to promote members to Private, customize some aspects of the group and decisions, along with being able to remove players and have more discord settings and lead 3 Squads.

- Members that reach rank 6) Lieutenant get to lead lower ranking members in the LHR

- Members that reach rank 7) Captain get to lead an army, with 5-10 Squads In the LHR on different servers and promote members to Corporal with multiple discord channels and settings.

- Members that reach rank 8) Major get to lead lower ranking members in the LHR and

- Members that reach rank 9) Brigadier or higher will be able to have more control in the discord and be able to start events and announcements. as a rank 9 or higher you help decide crucial decision that will change the groups path for the future

- Members that reach rank 10) General get to control multiple Squads on multiple servers with multiple discord channels and settings, give ticks out and promote members and have as much control over the discord and group as the Leader.

It approximately take over 2 weeks to get premoted and 2 year to rank up to General so dont get discouraged if your not ranking up. You will also receive an "Active Player Tick" every fortnight for being and active member in the LHR. Free ticks will also be receive for your Birthday and Holidays :)
